Ilene Pabon is an Executive Assistant at HXE Partners.

Prior to joining HXE Partners, Ilene worked at The Bridgespan Group supporting Senior Partners, including the Head of the NY Office. During her time with Bridgespan, she was responsible for project management, report development, scheduling, and travel coordination. She also contributed to firmwide DEI initiatives, including their racial equity working group, which provided guidance to senior leadership on ways to work more equitably.

Ilene holds a B.M. from the State University of New York at Purchase and an M.M. from the University of Maryland, College Park.
