Hallie Elrod is an Analyst, Climate at HXE Partners, focused on the development of greenhouse gas (GHG) inventories and climate risk assessments.

Prior to HXE Partners, Hallie worked for Bonterra Organic Estates where she helped implement corporate sustainability initiatives and supported reporting efforts. Hallie's work focused on GHG accounting, environmental metrics reporting, B Corp certification, and employee education.

Hallie holds a Masters of the Environment (MENV) in Urban Resilience and Sustainability from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelors of Science in Environmental Engineering from Clemson University.
