Emma Downey

Emma Downey is an Analyst, Climate at HXE Partners focused on the development of greenhouse gas (GHG) inventories and climate risk assessments.

Prior to joining HXE Partners, Emma worked as a Geospatial Technician managing infrastructure projects using remote sensing data. Emma brings experience in GHG accounting, life cycle assessment (LCA), and modeling carbon-based systems.

Emma holds a Professional Science Master's Degree (PSM) in Ecosystem Science and Sustainability from Colorado State University and a B.S. in Environmental Sciences and Management from Portland State University.
