Carson Smith

Senior Associate, Sustainability and ESG

Carson Smith is an Associate, Sustainability and ESG at HXE Partners. Carson's experience is in ESG program implementation, sustainable design advisory, and green building certifications for new developments.

Prior to joining HXE Partners, Carson worked at Longevity Partners as a Sustainability Consultant. During her time with Longevity, she led the U.S. New Construction team in managing BREEAM assessments, developing asset specific KPIs and targets, and guiding her clients and project teams through technical reporting and design option appraisals. She also worked with clients to establish net-zero carbon roadmaps for their developments, which included detailed CRREM analyses and whole-building life cycle assessments on proposed building designs and materials to quantify operational and embodied carbon footprints.

Carson holds a B.S. in Environmental Science from the University of California, Los Angeles with a concentration in Civil and Environmental Engineering.
