Senior Associate, Sustainability and ESG

Alyssa Sweigard is a Senior Associate, Sustainability and ESG at HXE Partners. Alyssa’s experience is in sustainability management strategy and reporting.

Prior to joining HXE Partners, Alyssa worked as a Senior Sustainability Advisor at ISS Corporate Solutions, where she assisted companies in developing and implementing sustainability and ESG strategies, from identifying material issues to annual reporting and target setting. Alyssa also worked as an ESG Research Analyst at ISS, where she issued voting recommendations for proxies and shareholder proposals for S&P500 and Russell 3000 companies, Before ISS, Alyssa worked as a Consultant at C Space, helping Fortune 100 companies execute against strategic brand objectives through project management and stakeholder collaboration, in addition to supporting the development of the firm’s internal DEI initiatives.

Alyssa earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Global Perspectives from Bentley University.
