NEW YORK, July 10, 2023 – HXE Partners is pleased to announce the hiring of Norman Wong as an Associate on our Climate Team. Norman brings over 15 years of expertise from both the public and private sectors in greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting, verification, corporate sustainability, and environmental compliance.

Previously, Norman was a Principal Engineer at Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART), where he oversaw the development and implementation of organizational sustainability strategies, including the formalization of BART’s sustainability program and the monitoring of environmental performance metrics such as GHG emissions, energy, water, and waste. Norman also worked at Locus Technologies as a consultant in environmental compliance and was a lead verifier for client GHG inventories reported under California’s mandatory GHG reporting regulation.

Norman holds a M.S. Environmental Engineering and Science from @Stanford University and a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the @University of California, Berkeley. He also holds a Professional Engineer license in the state of California.
