NEW YORK, May 23, 2023 – HXE Partners is pleased to announce the hiring of Kevin Liu and Alyssa Sweigard as Associates for our Sustainability and ESG team.
Kevin previously served as a Vice President at PJT Camberview, where he created effective strategies for organizations to stay ahead of shareholder challenges, including developing investor-specific tactics for recurring engagement and the management of specific issues relating to executive compensation, E&S, and governance matters. Before joining PJT Camberview, Kevin worked at Radford, where he served as a compensation consultant advising technology and life sciences organizations on executive and equity compensation practices. Kevin also served as Director of the compensation team at Glass Lewis, where he oversaw the analysis and voting recommendations for compensation-related proposals at approximately 3,500 U.S. and Canadian organizations, focusing specifically on high-profile, complex, and contentious situations.
Prior to joining HXE Partners, Alyssa worked as a Senior Sustainability Advisor at ISS Corporate Solutions, where she assisted companies in developing and implementing sustainability and ESG strategies, from identifying material issues to annual reporting and target setting. Alyssa also worked as an ESG Research Analyst, where she issued voting recommendations for proxies and shareholder proposals for S&P500 and Russell 3000 companies, focusing on alignment with sustainable business practices and involvement with global environmental and social controversies. Before ISS, Alyssa worked as a Consultant at C Space, helping Fortune 100 companies execute against strategic brand objectives through project management and stakeholder collaboration, in addition to supporting the development of the firm’s internal DEI initiatives.
