Kevin Liu is a Senior Associate, Sustainability and ESG at HXE Partners.

He previously served as a Vice President at PJT Camberview, where he created effective strategies for organizations to stay ahead of shareholder challenges, including developing investor-specific tactics for recurring engagement and the management of specific issues relating to executive compensation, E&S, and governance matters. Before joining PJT Camberview, Kevin worked at Radford, where he served as a compensation consultant advising technology and life sciences organizations on executive and equity compensation practices. Kevin also served as Director of the compensation team at Glass Lewis, where he oversaw the analysis and voting recommendations for compensation-related proposals at approximately 3,500 U.S. and Canadian organizations, focusing specifically on high-profile, complex, and contentious situations.

Kevin holds a B.A. in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley.
