Amira Maryana is an Analyst, Sustainability and ESG at HXE Partners. Amira’s experience is in advising clients on how to develop ESG policies and communicate ESG value creation drivers.

Prior to joining HXE Partners, Amira worked at Enzo Advisors LLC as an ESG Associate. Amira also worked part-time at Columbia University as a Teaching Assistant. During her Sustainability Management master’s program, Amira focused on corporate sustainability, sustainable finance, and life-cycle assessment. She also has experience in conducting Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs). Prior to her master’s degree, Amira worked in the real estate industry as an assistant project manager for three years. Amira helped clients pursue LEED and EDGE Buildings certifications.

Amira holds a M.S. in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and a B.S. in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Project Management from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB).
